Intuit today released an iOS app companion to their Online Payroll service that allows employers or accounting professionals to handle computing hours and paying employees both hourly and salaried, from anywhere with an internet connection. Accountants can choose which clients they will run payroll for, and employers can enter hours, preview paychecks, look up employee info and pay employees through manual check printing or direct deposit, with e-mail notifications, electronic "pay stubs" and other record-keeping tasks automatically handled....
